Health Heart - How to keep your heart healthy





To keep your heart healthy you should eat a balanced diet with less saturated fat from red meat, more fish, less sugar, more fiber and for many people, fewer tatal calories. Then you can make your heart and other cardiovascular system healthier by consuming the below mentioned food stuffs.

Salmon :

 Fish is an ewxcellent source of omega 3 fatty acids that protect your heart by reducing both inflammation and the risk of blood clots. These fats also work to keep your cholestrol level Healthy.Eat salmon or other fish at least two times per week. For a healthy heart meal, try grilled salmon steaks with green vegetable.

Olive Oil

Olive oil reduces your risk of heart diseases by lowering your LDL cholestrol levels.


Oats : Oats conatins a soluble fiber called beta glucan that helps reduce total cholestrol  and LDL cholestrol.It also keeps your digestive system healthy.

Apples : Apple contains a phytochemical called quercetin which act as an anti- inflamatory and help prevent blood clots.

Almond: Almonds and nuts contain healthy oil, vitamin E and other substances that will keep cholestrol level in check. Almond are also a good source of protein  and fibre..

Red Wine : Red wine contains polyphenois that may be good for your heart. Be sure to enjoy red wine in limit. Studies show that only 4 to 8 ounces are more than enough.

Whole Grain:  Whole grain provide vitamins and fiber that will help to keep your heart healthy.

Green Leafy Vegetable : Green leafy vegetable contains folate, which helps to keep homocysteine level down and Vitamin E.

Tomatoes : Tomatoes are packed with vitamins and lycopene, which has been shown to reduce heart diseases risk.

Soy : Soy proteins has been shown to prevent heart attacks and soy makes an excellent substitues for read meat, which will reduce your saturated fat intake.
