Petra Kvitova provided further proof that she is the rising star in women's tennis by defeating Victoria Azarenka 7-5,4-6,6-3 to win the WTA Championship on 30 Oct 2011.
Earlier this year, she was in lime light for winning the Wimbledon Championship. She has won $ 1.75 million jackpot after remaining unbeated at WTA Championship featuring the worls's top eight players. Caroline Wozniacki tops the WTA year end list by earning herself first position with amassad 7485 points to leave Petra Kvitova down in second place.
