Venezuelian Beauty Ivian Lunasol Sarcos Colmenares crowned Miss World 2011

 

The 60th edition of Miss World Pageant was held at Earls Court two on 6th Nov 2011 in London. Last years Miss World Pageant winner Alexandria Mills of United States crowned her successor Miss Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela, Miss World 2011. Ivian Sarcos beat contestants from 113 countries to the coveted title after impressing the judges with the beauty, intelligence and grace.

 Ivian Lunasol Sarcos Colmenares, the Venezuelan  beauty queen, was born on 16th July,1989 in Guanare, Portuguesa, Venezuela.Ivian Sarcos lost her parents at the age of 8 and was raised by a nun in Cojedes. Initially she intended to become a nun. However she gave up the idea when she realized that her beauty would give her a chance to famous and hence decide to take up modeling as career.Ivian Lunasol Sarcos has a degree in human resources and works for a broadcating company. Ivian personally believes that Everthing has a right time and Everthing arrives when it should.

Over a billion viewers from around the world tuned into see her crowned the winner, with runner up prizes going to Miss Philippines -Gwendoline Gaelle Sandrine Ruais and Miss Puerto Rico  -Amanda Victoria Vilanova Perez.
